Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architect, the structure yields 51,240 square feet and 43 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $167,570.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including a garage with assigned parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations, pet washing station, personal storage, bike storage lockers, common area Wi-Fi, gym with a yoga/dance studio, community center, media room, recreation room, package lockers, and a rooftop terrace. Units have open layouts, porcelain floors, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, split heating and cooling systems, washer and dryers, and open kitchens with quartz stone countertops, light wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Residences will have private outdoor space in either balconies or terraces.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a monthly rent of $1,850 for incomes ranging from $$63,429 to $124,150; eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,250 for incomes ranging from $77,143 to $139,620; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,750 for incomes ranging from $94,286 to $167,570.
