The affordable housing lottery has launched for 321 Wythe Avenue, a 19-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by ND Architecture and Design and developed by Watermark Capital Group, the structure yields 134,995 square feet with 130 residences and 5,218 square feet of medical offices. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 39 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,538 to $167,570.
Residents will have access to a three floors of amenities which include a garage, bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, community center, media room, party room, multiple terraces, and a rooftop deck.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 17 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent ranging from $1,999 to $2,049 for incomes ranging from $68,538 to $139,620, and 21 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent ranging from $2,435 to $2,459 for incomes ranging from $83,486 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 20, 2021.
