The next phase of development at Harrison Urby arrives this fall and will introduce 381 rental apartments and an expansion of existing amenities at the residential complex. The property is located at 200 Angelo Cifelli Drive in Harrison and is designed by Concrete, a Netherlands-based architecture group that is also responsible for Urby properties in Jersey City and Staten Island.
In addition to more apartments, this latest phase introduces a full-size indoor basketball court, co-working spaces, and a café named Charley.
The new building joins an existing property across the street at 777 South Third Street that comprises 679 units. Amenities available in the completed building include indoor and outdoor communal spaces, a community garden, a heated swimming pool and patio, fire pits, barbecue grills, a dog run, and a 6,000-square-foot fitness center.

Urby is a joint venture between Ironstate Development principal David Barry and Brookfield Properties. Residential offerings include studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Each apartment features large windows, built-in closets with drawers for storage, and hardwood flooring. Studio apartments come equipped with built-in platform beds and airy wood-slat partitions, an attempt to create a sense privacy without obstructing the flow of natural light.

Harrison Urby, the latest development in the brand’s rental portfolio, is expected to debut this fall.
