Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 760 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Graham Avenue and Humboldt Street, the interior lot is steps from the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. James Juliano under the Brooklyn Boyz Developers II, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 8,623 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 862 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 35-foot-long rear yard, but no accessory parking.

Giuseppe Anzalone of New York Design Architects, LLP is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits for the three-story residential building were filed in March 2021. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. here we go again.
Century old buildings destroyed for another out of context building probably made with cheap materials and cheap glass.
We will see how bad it turns out to be
