Morris Adjmi‘s latest condominium project launched sales this week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Known simply as ‘NX,’ the property is located at 215 North 10th Street and comprises a collection of 31 condominiums and lifestyle amenity spaces.

“We wanted to create a beautiful building that contextually fit the neighborhood inside and out and elevated the living experience for Williamsburg,” said Nick Werner, co-founder of Largo, the developer responsible for the new building. “This will be our ninth project in Williamsburg, so we’ve seen the incredible evolution of the neighborhood and we wanted NX to offer something that a buyer would be excited and proud to call home.”

The design team drew inspiration from Williamsburg’s traditional row homes, the neighborhood’s predominantly industrial history, and the many warehouses that pepper the area. In this regard, the building’s massing and facade create the illusion of several neighboring properties as opposed to one cohesive volume. To accomplish this, the facade incorporates an alternating series of materials — grey brick with full-height glass windows and exposed metal beams with large industrial-style windows and recessed balconies.

Inside the property, each home is outfitted with hardwood flooring, ten-foot ceiling spans, and designer fixtures and appliances. Select residences include expanded features from breakfast nooks and separate offices to walk-in pantries and dressing rooms. A majority of the residences also include private outdoor space.

Amenity spaces include a landscaped sun roof with outdoor lounge areas, a full-sized shuffleboard court, outdoor grills and kitchens, communal dining spaces, and umbrella-shaded bar seating. Indoor amenities include a fitness center with Peloton, Tonal, and Mirror-branded equipment, a climate-controlled storage room, and a parking garage.

Residences at NX range from one- to three-bedrooms, with one studio available. One-bedrooms start at $930,000, two-bedrooms at $1.48 million, and three-bedrooms at $2.645 million. Compass is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the property.

“As working from home continues to dominate as a new market trend, today’s buyer is really
looking to customize their home for their specific needs,” said Sarah Patton, director of development at Compass. “These layouts are flexible and can range from home offices, to nurseries, or walk-in closets, you can really ensure all your needs are met for any life stage.”

    Lots of texture.

  2. You need to proofread your articles. Condos aren’t leased, they are bought and sold.

    • You are partially correct. Condos are deemed “real property,” whereas co-ops are “deemed” personalty that are leased by the cooperative entity. However, the owner of a condo unit is free to lease it, which is frequently done by sponsors of condos where units remain unsold; sponsors lease them with for short terms and/or subject to sale upon notice based upon mutually agreeable terms.

      • Perhaps that should be explained in the article instead of interchangeably using the terms leasing and sales, which is confusing to the reader?
