Designed by Genaro Urueta and developed by Tsvi Lipsitz of Affordable Housing Real Estate Corp., the structure yields 52 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 15 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $71,658 to $167,570.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including assigned parking, an elevator, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, resident lounge, gym, common area Wi-Fi, recreation room, package lockers, and outdoor areas including a rooftop terrace. Units include name-brand appliances and finishes, closet space, air conditioning, and private outdoor space in either a patio or balcony.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 11 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,090 for incomes ranging from $71,658 to $139,620 and four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,280 for incomes ranging from $78,172 to $167,570.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than December 17, 2021.

  2. this isn’t AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUT INCOME LINKED HOUSING and at 130% of AMI isn’t affordable to anyone but middle class to upper class. What a joke to call this “affordable housing”
    What poor person can afford these rents ??
