Stop calling this “AFFORDABLE housing”.
this isn’t affordable housing but income based housing and isn’t affordable to anyone but middle class and upper class people. What a joke . How are poor people supposed to find housing?

With parking? Why do people who can afford a car in NYC need subsidized housing?
Stop telling people that this affordable Housing when it’s not. People need decent home and liveable arrangement that why it’s so much violence. Because of false information. Change your policies for low income people .
You realize low income people have no inalienable right to live wherever they want right? This notion that it’s societies responsibility to accomodate people in housing in areas of the city they are not able to afford otherwise is a relatively recent development.
