Designed by Zproekt Architects and developed by Raymond Guindi, the structure yields 22 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are eight units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $167,570.

Residential amenities include gated access, elevator, recreation room, bike storage lockers, and a garage. Units come equipped with smart controls for heating and cooling, washers and dryers, dishwashers, name brand appliances and finishes in the kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed internet, and balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,850 for incomes ranging from $63,429 to $139,620; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,200 for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 24, 2022.

Again, why do you put this out! This is for individuals that make way over six figures salaries! I grew up in that neighborhood! And times have really changed! Put it in the Russian newspapers!
Why is NY YIMBY not allowed to post buildings where a resident needs a six figure salary? That makes zero sense. That would eliminate the vast majority of new buildings everywhere in the U.S. This is a real estate website, not a low income housing website. And why would that be news be put in “Russian newspapers”? Putin is planning to hide in Brighton Beach? It doesn’t even make sense, as this building has very modest income requirements for its subsidized housing. A household would already be eligible at 60k.
