Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2957 Shell Road in Coney Island, Brooklyn. Located between Neptune Avenue and Shore Parkway, the lot is within walking distance of the Neptune Avenue subway station, serviced by the F train. Elie Fouerti of 1 STOP is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 191 residences and amenity space in an 42,339-square-foot footprint, however the total square footage has not been disclosed. The concrete-based structure will also a 56-foot-long side yard, seven open parking spaces, and 113 enclosed parking spaces.
Zproekt Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
