Available on NYC Housing Connect are 28 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $35,760 to $139,620.

Units come equipped with name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes heating, cooling, hot water, and gas stove.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are nine one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $949 for incomes ranging from $35,760 to $85,920 and ten two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,155 for incomes ranging from $43,475 to $103,120. At 130 percent of the AMI, there are nine one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,800 for incomes ranging from $61,715 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 18, 2022.
