Located at the intersection of Glenmore Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard, the lot is near the Sutter Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 111-foot-tall development will yield 203,611 square feet, with 185,010 square feet designated for residential space, 9,377 square feet for community facility space, and 9,224 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 233 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 794 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 38-foot-long rear yard, 63 open parking spaces, and 63 enclosed parking spaces.
