Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 7 Skillman Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Flushing and Park Avenues, the lot is within walking distance of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Mendel Roth under the Bedford Flushing is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 74,992 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 75 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 999 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 35-foot-long rear yard, 21 open parking spaces, and 17 enclosed parking spaces.
Archimaera Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
