Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 155 Clarkson Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford and Rogers Avenues, the lot is near the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Mohammed Quashem Bhuyain of Reliant Electrical Contracting is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 73-foot-tall development will sit on a 9,082-square-foot lot, with 34 residences of undisclosed square footage. The masonry-based structure will also have a 36-foot-long rear yard and 11 enclosed parking spaces.
Daniel Gerdes Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
