Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2921 Brighton 4th Street in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Ocean View Avenue and Neptune Avenue, the lot is near the Ocean Parkway subway station, serviced by the Q train. Lev Kheyfets under the 2921 Brighton 4th LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 11,029 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 787 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have eight open parking spaces and two enclosed parking spaces.
Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
