The 19th-tallest building on our December construction countdown is Journal Squared‘s Tower 3, a 575-foot tall, 60-story residential skyscraper at 595 Pavonia Avenue in the Journal Square section of Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by HWKN Architecture and Handel Architects and developed by Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Advisors, the structure is the final component in the three-tower complex that anchors the western edge of the Jersey City skyline. Tower 3 will feature the same architectural design as its two completed siblings and will rise the second highest, adding 600 more rental apartments to the total inventory. AJD Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located by the three-way intersection of Summit, Pavonia, and Central Avenues.

Work was still progressing below street level at the time of our last update in late April. Construction has proceeded swiftly in the intervening months, and the reinforced concrete superstructure is already nearing the halfway mark. Façade installation is also underway and envelopes more than a third of the constructed floors. Based on the pace of progress, the skyscraper could top out sometime next spring.

When fully finished, Journal Squared will boast a total of 1,840 residences and 36,000 square feet of dining and retail area. Tower 3 will have 18,000 square feet of residential amenities including a performance lounge, a karaoke room, recording spaces, a “makerspace” area, a coworking lounge, a lobby café, and a sky lounge. Residents of the first two buildings currently share 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

Journal Squared Tower 3 is anticipated to be finished in the spring of 2024.

One of the most beautiful complex that I thought it’s right on a part of a large building, skyscrapers gathering look powerful structured. Completed and under construction company to the high at-home, and get-together with three towers so notable exterior: Thanks to Michael Young.

  2. Where did Kushner get his illegal money from? Saudi Arabia?

    • “Illegal”? No. But Hunter may have.

      • Facepalm.

What does the President’s addict son have to do with Jared using his position in the government to connive the corrupt Saudi monarchy into giving him billions of dollars again? Oh yeah…absolutely nothing. Bad faith and cynical whataboutism at its worst.

      • The Burisma and CEFC scandals will not only uncover Hunter’s criminality but uncle James’s as well.
As far as FARA violations, there must be intent proven …. but it’s obvious what happened, otherwise the left wing wouldn’t be so “emotional” about it , and their attacks wouldn’t be so aggressive and personal

  3. They look like 432 Park “wannabes” for those aren’t billionaires! 🤣

  4. I actually like this development a lot. Given the density think its pretty nice, like how the “pixels” break down towards the base and become more human scaled for the podium. Think its overall pretty successful.

    • I agree. And it’s really growing on me now. Wonder how it’ll look when Kushner’s other residential project will go up in the near future (One Journal Square I believe is the name of the project)

  5. Hmmmm…sore thumb or middle finger. I can’t decide.
