Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1319 East New York Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Howard Avenue and Lincoln Place, the lot is near the Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, and 4 trains. Meilech Friedman of Lincoln Residence NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 7,684 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 698 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse, four open parking spaces, and two enclosed parking spaces.
Kao Hwa Lee Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
