Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 2715 Fulton Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Fulton Street and Wyona Street, the corner lot is three blocks west of the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Aron Schwartz under the Asco Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 82-foot-tall development will yield 44,156 square feet, with 41,457 square feet designated for residential space and 2,698 square feet of commercial space for six tenants. The building will have 60 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 22-foot-long rear yard.

Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Wouldn’t locals call this Cypress Hills?

  2. I’m assuming from that current picture, these condos will “highly desirable” on that corner?! 🤔🤣😂

I never realized that there were elevated subway tracks that ran over the sidewalk. I cannot imagine any degree of soundproofing that would reduce the din.
