Developed by Wyton Developers and designed by Nikolai Katz Architect with interiors by Input Creative Studio, the structure yields 89 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 28 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $36,069 to $181,740.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including gym and yoga studio, home theater, co-working space, business lounge, game room, pickleball court, smart package room and cold storage, bike storage, shared laundry room, parking garage, courtyard, and a rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $907 for incomes ranging from $36,069 to $55,920; and 10 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,052 for incomes ranging from $42,720 to $67,080.
At 60 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,437 for incomes ranging from $54,240 to $83,880; and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,687 for incomes ranging from $64,492 to $100,620.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,291 for incomes ranging from $112,835 to $181,740.
