Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 28-03 36th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between Broadway and 34th Avenue, the lot is near the Steinway Street subway station, serviced by the E, F, and R trains. Salvatore D’Amico of PSD 28th Avenue Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,398 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 739 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and four enclosed parking spaces.
Frank Petruso Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
