The affordable housing lottery has launched for 210 Clarkson Avenue, an eight-story mixed-use building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, The Bronx. Designed by Hill West and developed by Andrew Klein, the structure yields 165 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 40 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $80,572 to $198,250.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, gated access, valet trash, recycling center, and a virtual doorman. Residences come with air conditioning, name-brand kitchen appliances, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 29 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,350 for incomes ranging from $80,572 to $165,230, and 11 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,750 for incomes ranging from $94,286 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 3, 2024.

  2. this isn’t affordable housing but INCOME LINKED HOUSING for upper income people only.
    We have a housing crisis fro low and middle income people and we get this.
