Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 133 Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Located between Myrtle Avenue and Park Avenue, the lot is closest to the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Aviv Ben Avi of AB+R Construction Corporation is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 4,446 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 555 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 45-foot-long rear yard.
Wu Chen of Infocus Design and Planning is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

This empty lot always has confused me. Good to see progress!
