Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 257 Bainbridge Street in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue, the lot is near Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Charles Wurzberger of Candor Capital One is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 13,734 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 686 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 38-foot-long rear yard, four open parking spaces, and two enclosed parking spaces.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
