Advance Realty Investors has broken ground on a new 30,000-square-foot global headquarters for Freshpet, Inc., a fresh pet food company, in Bedminster, New Jersey. The facility will be joined by approximately 20,000 square feet of planned retail, dining, and amenity space to anchor Bedminster Village Square, Advance Realty Investors’ reimagined home campus.
The headquarters was designed by 2023 AIA New Jersey Architect of the Year Nancy Dougherty, a managing partner at Studio 1200. It will feature outdoor spaces and EV charging stations in its parking facilities. It is scheduled for completion in early 2025.

Bedminster Village Square plans to offer extensive landscaping, pedestrian paths connecting to the town’s open space network, and enhancements to the existing 87,000 square feet of office space on the campus. Advance worked with Bedminster leadership to protect and enhance buffer zones and create modern stormwater management systems.
“We are delighted to collaborate with Freshpet and the Township of Bedminster on our shared vision for supporting local economic growth and contributing to the broader community,” said Peter Cocoziello Sr., Advance’s founder and CEO.  “Our joint efforts aim to build a more dynamic and sustainable environment for everyone involved.”

  1. There are so many vacant office buildings in suburbs, why would you build another one?

Bedminster is one of the priciest towns in New Jersey.

I like the open space and outdoor areas, which the tsunami wave will definitely never reach: Thanks.
