A full-floor buildout was recently completed within Waterfront Corporate Center II, a 13-story commercial building at 121 River Street in Hoboken, New Jersey. The work was completed for Ekaterra Tea, which is the company behind Lipton Teas and Infusions.
Originally constructed in 2003 by SJP Properties, 121 River Street spans 570,000 square feet of space of Class A office space. The 15,183-square-foot, full-floor buildout for Ekaterra was managed by SJP Project Solutions and features a custom design to match the brands offered by Lipton Teas and Infusions.
“121 River Street is the choice of several leading brands for the allure Hoboken has as a walkable, safe, transit-oriented location,” said Alexander Erdos, senior vice president of leasing and development at SJP Properties. “We are proud that Lipton selected us to build out their full floor with a bespoke branded design. Maintaining our buildings with state-of-the-art custom buildouts and pristine public spaces enables our office assets to remain the most sought-after Class A properties in the region.”
The location offers easy access to a variety of transit options, including the New Jersey Transit, PATH, New York Waterway Ferry, and various light rail connections.

This is mixed news – it’s nice they are staying in the area, but they are downsizing from swanky headquarters in Englewood Cliffs.
Nice article. But I work on this floor for a different company, so it’s not really a full floor build out, unless I am missing something.
I’ve seen this brand, and the area is completely clean: Thanks.
Quite my cuppa tea
