Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 3115 Glenwood Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 31st Street and East 32nd Street, the lot is near the Newkirk Avenue-Little Haiti subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Jackie Peretz under the JRD Glenwood is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 11,265 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 17 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 662 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 43-foot-long rear yard, seven open parking spaces, and two enclosed parking spaces.

ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
