Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 950 Leggett Avenue in Woodstock, The Bronx. Located between Kelly and Beck Streets, the lot is near the Longwood Avenue subway station, served by the 6 train. Alfred Popaj of AHP Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 21,599 square feet, with 21,282 square feet designated for residential space and 317 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 31 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 686 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, five open parking spaces, and five enclosed parking spaces.

Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
