Permits have been filed to expand a two-story structure into a four-story residential building at 104-22 Corona Avenue in Corona, Queens. Located between 104th Street and 51st Avenue, the lot is near the 103 Street–Corona Plaza subway station, served by the 7 train. Hui Ping Wang of 104-22 Property Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 4,380 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 730 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 35-foot-long rear yard.

Ameriland Brook LLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for a vertical and horizontal expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
