Designed by Dattner Architects and developed by Shorewood Real Estate Group, the structure yields 164 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 50 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $91,475 to $227,500.
The first rendering has been revealed for 47-03 108th Street, a proposed 13-story mixed-use building in Corona, Queens. Developed by 108 Realty Group Inc., the 120,000-square-foot structure will yield 119 rental apartments, including 60 affordable housing units for residents at 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). The project will also include 17,700 square feet of community space and 8,700 square feet of retail space, according to plans filed with the New York City Planning Commission in early November. The property is located between 47th and 48th Avenues.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 108–35 Roosevelt Avenue in Corona, Queens. Located between 108th Street and 111th Street, the lot is near the Mets–Willets Point subway station, served by the 7 train. Sharon Kahen of Golani Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
