Permits have been filed to expand a three-story structure into a four-story residential building at 102 Meserole Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Leonard Street and Manhattan Avenue, the lot is near the Broadway subway station, served by the G train. Francesca Gaccione of Mortar Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 5,313 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 759 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 36-foot-long rear yard.

Anthony Morena of Mortar Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for a vertical and horizontal expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
