The affordable housing lottery has launched for 77 Kosciuszko Street, a 13-story mixed-use building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Joel Landau of NNRC Properties LLC, the structure yields 110 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 110 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,840 to $140,000.
Amenities include security cameras, intercoms, and an elevator. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heat.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $2,047 for incomes ranging from $75,840 to $103,680; 41 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,184 for incomes ranging from $81,395 to $116,640; and 65 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,600 for incomes ranging from $97,852 to $140,000.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 19, 2025.
