Wieder Architect and developed by Jacob Hirsch of JIH Builders Group LLC, the structure yields 20 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $120,000 to $218,010.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Hartby, at the recently restored and renovated St. John’s College building, built in 1870 by architect Patrick Keely. Located at 788 Willoughby Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, the 205-unit residential conversion was designed by Woods Bagot, with interiors by Alchemy Studio, and developed by Property Resources Corporation. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 62 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,543 to $218,010.
