Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 479 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Gates Avenue and Fulton Street, the lot is near the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, served by the C train. Tom Michaeli of RFK Holdings is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 6,160 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,026 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 56-foot-long rear yard.
Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates Inc. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
