Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 1104 Broadway in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Malcolm X Boulevard and DeKalb Avenue, the lot is near the Kosciuszko Street subway station, served by the J train. Joseph Atarien of Atari Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 14,001 square feet, with 13,003 square feet designated for residential space and 998 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 619 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Lester Katz of XPdite Group LLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
