Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 3150 Shore Parkway in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Shore Parkway and East 11th Street, the corner lot is closest to the Brighton Beach subway station, served by the B and Q trains. Vahe Sahakyan of Build R Us Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 81-foot-tall development will yield 33,490 square feet, with 26,713 square feet designated for residential space and 6,776 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 40 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 667 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have rooftop terraces on the third and eight floors, and three enclosed parking spaces.

Ruslan Goychayev of RSLN Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed earlier this month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
