Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 108–35 Roosevelt Avenue in Corona, Queens. Located between 108th Street and 111th Street, the lot is near the Mets–Willets Point subway station, served by the 7 train. Sharon Kahen of Golani Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 7,470 square feet, with 5,728 square feet designated for residential space, 1,510 square feet for commercial space, and 231 square feet of community facility space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 716 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 52-foot-long rear yard.
