Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 32 St. Andrews Place in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and St. Andrews Place, the lot is two blocks from Kingston-Throop Avenues subway station, served by the A and C trains. Eric Brintauch of Martin Abdul is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 11,461 square feet, with 10,156 square feet designated for residential space and 1,305 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,015 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
