Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 545 Troy Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Rutland Road and Troy Avenue, the corner lot is closest to the Crown Heights–Utica Avenue subway station, served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Joshua Mitchell of Corner to Corner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 11,996 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,199 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Christopher Metz of Studio Parallel LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
