Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 381 East 31st Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Clarendon Road and Avenue D, the lot is near the Newkirk Avenue–Little Haiti subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Soheil Sahiholamal is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 10,179 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 925 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Naresh Mahangu of NKM Engineering PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed this month for the three-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
