Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 909 47th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between 9th and 10th Avenues, the lot is near the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, served by the D train. Isidore Wettenstein of BP TOV Realty Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 20,039 square feet, with 15,000 square feet designated for residential space and 5,038 square feet for community facilty space. The steel-based structure will have ten residences, a cellar, and a rooftop terrace on the first floor.

Mohamed Mahmoud of MSM Engineering Services, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in 2024 for the two-story residential building. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
