Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 740 East 175th Street in Crotona, The Bronx. Located between Clinton Avenue and Prospect Avenue, the lot is near the 174th Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Franc Gjini of Paramount Homes Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 47-foot-tall development will yield 8,447 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 563 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 36-foot-long rear yard.
Fernando Geremia of Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed this month for the two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
