Located between Erasmus Street and Church Avenue, the lot is near the Church Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Mimi Ho of Apex Investments is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 126-foot-tall development will yield 88,849 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 119 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 746 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 38-foot-long rear yard.
David Gross of GE55 Partners is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
