Recently filed excavations permits have revived an LLC’s plans to construct a four-story, single-family townhouse at the vacant lot of 116 Waverly Avenue, in northern Clinton Hill. Originally filed in early 2014, the residence will measure 2,650 square feet, and Think Architecture & Design is designing.
