1715 Broadway has finally topped-out, with the building’s oddly-shaped roof element now visible. Besides 1715 Broadway, 237 West 54th has also risen quickly, and has now climbed past its first partial setback. Also visible in the photos is 250 West 55th Street, where work is now wrapping up on the office building.
