Although Extell has already had a topping-out ceremony for One57, the building is definitely not at its final height yet. Despite the report from The Observer, the sloping top of One57 is still not visible, which makes one wonder why the building has already been declared ‘topped-out’. Only a few floors are left at this point, but the building’s impact is very dramatic, and its sleekness almost makes it look like a switchblade. The cladding is phenomenal as well.
