Over a year ago, the three-story office building at 570 Fulton Street, in Fort Greene, hit the market as a development site, and now Slate Property Group, Meadow Partners and a third unknown developer have acquired the property for $23 million. The site has 72,000 square feet of development rights, or 86,000 square feet with the inclusionary housing bonus, and condominiums are likely planned. The developers are also working on a 16-story, 126-unit mixed-use building at 1 Flatbush Avenue, located adjacent to 570 Fulton. [The Real Deal].
