The 6,170-square-foot project will boast 4,599 square feet in residential space, which means units will average a rental-sized 657 square apiece. It will also feature a rooftop terrace. Brooklyn-based Oleg Ruditser is the applicant of record. The 4,000 square-foot Imani Community Garden currently occupies 89 Schenectady, as well as other adjacent lots.
