New renderings from Michael Muroff Architect reveal Armature, a seven-story residential building at 64-08 Wetherole Street in Rego Park, Queens. Developed by Tahoe Development, a local real estate investment entity, the structure features an exposed concrete frame that visually and structurally links the ground-floor planters, residential balconies, and rooftop trellises. Many of the building’s floor-to-ceiling windows are recessed behind the structural forms offering a sense of modesty from within and industrial minimalism from the exterior vantage.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 64-10 Wetherole Street in Rego Park, Queens. Located between 63rd Drive and 64th Road, the through lot is a short walk to the 63rd Drive-Rego Park Station subway station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. Tahoe Development under the 64-08-64-10 Wetherole Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

However, one builder managed to snag a lot at 106 North 3rd Street, between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street.
Nearly a decade in the making, a Williamsburg residential project is finally nearing the finish line. The 51-unit, seven-story development at 150 North 12th Street has topped out, as seen in photos sent to us by our friend Tectonic.
