Flushing-based We Ye, operating as Prince Club LLC, has filed applications for a seven-story, 18-unit mixed-use building at 24-38 Steinway Street, in central Astoria, seven blocks east of the N and Q trains’ stop at Astoria Boulevard. The building will total 17,634 square feet, and will feature 3,163 and 227 square feet of retail and community space, respectively, on the ground floor. Above, units will average 791 square feet each. Flushing-based Chang Hwa Tan is the architect of record, and an existing single-story building must first be demolished.

Chao Fei Li, head of Corona-based Six Brothers USA Corp., has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 108-38 41st Avenue, in North Corona, one block from the 7 train’s stop at 111th Street. The building will measure 6,225 square feet, which means units will average 890 square feet apiece. Flushing-based Chang Hwa Tan is the architect of record, and the existing 1.5-story home was filed for demolition this past July.

Pik Wan Cheng, operating under an anonymous LLC, has filed applications for a five-story, 22-unit mixed-use building at 144-89 38th Avenue, in Murray Hill, four blocks from the LIRR station at 41st Avenue and 149th Street. The building will measure 20,384 square feet, and includes 5,550 square feet on the basement level for a children’s daycare. Residential units, averaging a rental-sized 675 square feet, will take up the first through fifth floors. Located two blocks from 74th Street/Broadway stop on the E, F, M, R and 7 trains, the 27,285 square-foot building will have a 1,928-square-foot health care facility in the basement level.
