J. Pilla Group has filed rezoning proposals to facilitate the construction of a new, mixed-use building in The Bronx. Located at 2712 Williamsbridge Road, the 9-story development would occupy two adjacent lots to support residential, office, and parking components.

The site is seven blocks away from the Allerton Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Anthony Gazivoda of Gazivoda Realty will be responsible for the development.
