The new development comes after Storage Deluxe purchased the site from Cube Smart for $27 million. Their plan is to refurbish the existing building, and erect a second storage building to create a total 179,000 square at the site. Storage Deluxe had sold 21 of its facilities to Cube Smart in 2011 for a total $560 million. The company is responsible for development.
